Pathways to Hope Outreach Program
Our outreach teams connect with individuals living on the streets, in alleyways, and in tunnels to build trust and provide food, hygiene supplies, essential resources, and access to services.
Day Shelter of Hope
Provides a safe and welcoming environment where individuals experiencing homelessness can access meals, clothing, showers, mail services, storage, and community support. More than 300 meals are prepared and served daily.
HopeFound Housing Program
Utilizes the nationally recognized Housing First model to help individuals and families secure stable housing while receiving case management and supportive services.
Hope Village
New Mexico's first 42-unit Permanent Supportive Housing community, providing housing and 24/7 wraparound services for neighbors who have experienced chronic homelessness and live with mental, emotional, or behavioral health challenges.
Recovering Hope Behavioral Health Center
Offers outpatient individual and group therapy, medication management, case management, and coordination of medical, housing, and psychiatric services.
Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR)
A voluntary, recovery-centered clubhouse program focused on life skills development, psychosocial skills training, therapeutic socialization, and personal empowerment.
Assertive Community Treatment (ACT)
An evidence-based, multidisciplinary team approach that provides community-based services for individuals living with severe and persistent mental illness, substance use disorders, and medical challenges.
Project Hope at Dismas
A three- to six-month reentry program that provides case management, employment assistance, and housing support for individuals transitioning from incarceration back into the community.
